1. Information We Collect
When you create an account, we collect your email address and authentication credentials through Google OAuth or email/password sign-up. When you add a site to Crawlable, we store your domain name, origin URL, and site configuration. We also collect usage data such as crawl logs, page render counts, and SEO audit results to provide our services.
2. How We Use Your Information
We use your information to: provide and maintain the Crawlable pre-rendering and AI SEO service; process your subscription and billing through Stripe; optimize your website's SEO and AEO performance; generate analytics and audit reports; send service-related notifications and alerts.
3. Data Storage and Security
Your data is stored securely on Supabase (PostgreSQL) with row-level security policies. Cached pre-rendered pages are stored on Cloudflare's global edge network with configurable TTL. We use HTTPS/TLS encryption for all data in transit. API keys are generated per-site and can be regenerated at any time.
4. Third-Party Services
We use the following third-party services to operate Crawlable:
- Supabase — database, authentication, and serverless functions
- Cloudflare — edge caching, DNS, and content delivery
- Stripe — payment processing and subscription management
- Google APIs — search performance data (with your explicit consent via OAuth)
5. Cookies
We use essential cookies for authentication and session management. We do not use tracking or advertising cookies. Third-party services (Supabase Auth) may set cookies necessary for secure sign-in.
6. Data Retention and Deletion
You can delete your account at any time from the dashboard Account Settings. Deleting your account permanently removes all your data including sites, crawl logs, SEO data, and billing records. Cached pre-rendered pages are automatically purged. We do not retain your data after account deletion.
7. Your Rights
You have the right to: access your personal data; correct inaccurate data; delete your account and all associated data; export your data; withdraw consent for optional data processing (such as Google Search Console integration).
