1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using Crawlable ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. Crawlable is operated by Lange Logic LLC.
2. Description of Service
Crawlable provides pre-rendering and AI-powered SEO optimization for websites. The Service includes: serving pre-rendered HTML to search engine crawlers and AI bots; AI-powered meta tag, schema markup, and content optimization; SEO auditing, rank tracking, and performance monitoring; integration with third-party services such as Google Search Console.
3. Account Registration
You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and API keys. You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service. One person or entity may maintain multiple sites under a single account.
4. Subscriptions and Billing
Paid plans are billed monthly through Stripe. The Starter plan includes a 7-day free trial. You can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel your subscription at any time from Account Settings. Downgrades and cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period. AI SEO add-on pricing is usage-based and adjusts automatically based on your site's page count.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to: use the Service for any unlawful purpose; submit domains you do not own or have authorization to manage; attempt to circumvent rate limits or abuse the API; resell access to the Service without authorization; use the Service to generate spam or manipulate search rankings through deceptive practices.
6. Service Availability
We strive for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Pre-rendered pages are served from a global edge network for optimal performance. We may perform maintenance with reasonable notice. Cached content is subject to configurable TTL expiration.
7. Intellectual Property
You retain ownership of your website content. Crawlable's AI-generated SEO optimizations (meta tags, schema markup, etc.) are provided for your use on your sites. The Crawlable platform, branding, and technology are owned by Lange Logic LLC.
8. Limitation of Liability
Crawlable is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We are not liable for any changes in your search engine rankings, traffic, or revenue resulting from use of the Service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the Service in the 12 months preceding any claim.
9. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time, which will permanently remove all associated data. Upon termination, your pre-rendered cache will be purged and bot traffic will pass through to your origin server directly.
10. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance. We will notify registered users of material changes via email.
